Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, hiring, and onboarding
- Crafting job descriptions that attract the right talent
- Managing employee requests and grievances professionally
- Keeping HR procedures aligned with labor regulations
- Organizing and supervising office activities — events, renovations, and day-to-day admin
- Coordinating seamless communication across teams
- Staying on top of organizational changes and business developments
Required Qualification & Skills
- 2+ years in an HR or admin role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A natural at building and nurturing employee relationships
- Highly organized with great multitasking ability
- Available to join immediately or at the earliest
